A Breif Study about the Legal Provisions Journal

The motive behind developing this journal was to make it a general civil law for the countries of the Ottoman Sultanate.
The most important thing that highlights the status and importance of the scientific and technical journal is its beginning to a stage showing the possibility of legalizing legitimate rights, as there were discussions about that, and the journal ended these discussions, and indicated that it is possible to prepare an organized Islamic civil law free of controversies.
In this study, we dealt with: a brief definition of the Journal, the appearance of the journal, the journal’s characteristics and iscientific and legal advantages, the fate of the journal, the project of Marmara Center in Istanbul related to the study of the Journal, the comprehensive bibliography of the Journal, some documents from the Ottoman archives related to the journal, and photos of titles of covers of some printed annotations for the journal.
