The veil (hijab) is a feminist divine legitimacy, and a purposeful Islamic obligation, which carried moral fortifications that would preserve women’s dignity and purity.
It also works to find a balance in the innate tendencies and sexual instincts between the two genders: male and female.
And because the male is not like the female, the female enjoyed the hijab, which is a duty that would appear heavy, but causes mercy and happiness.
That is because the hijab is an outfit and a content, so the outfit is a means, and it has legal controls, and one identity, which must be adhered to, so that it is considered a legitimate act of worship.
The content behind it is the goal, which is chastity and modesty, to keep the human race away from disorder and loss of balance in the process of sexual instinct.
The author dealt with this divine law, outlined its features and limits, and symbolized its literary and social functions according to the perspective of the Book and the Sunnah.
